RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At EDGE Cycling, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and complying with the consumer protection laws of the United Arab Emirates.

RETURN PERIOD

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item for any reason, provided the item is in its original condition. Items must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.

For items with a manufacturing defect or not as described, returns may be requested within 14 days of purchase, and you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.

HOW TO START A RETURN

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@edgecycling.ae  with your order details and reason for return. Returns must be sent to the following address:

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label. Please do not send items back without prior approval.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at sales@edgecycling.ae if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can assess and resolve the issue promptly.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return unless defective or not as described:

•⁠  ⁠Perishable goods (e.g. food, hydration products)

•⁠  ⁠Custom or personalized items

•⁠  ⁠Personal care items (e.g. opened beauty or hygiene products)

•⁠  ⁠Items marked as *final sale*

•⁠  ⁠Gift cards

If you have any questions about a specific product's eligibility for return, please contact us before purchasing.

EXCHANGES

To exchange an item, please initiate a return first. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.

REFUNDS

If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at sales@edgecycling.ae.
