    1. Order Processing

    • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays in the UAE).

    • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

    2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

    We offer the following shipping options:

    • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1–2 business days.

    • International Shipping: Contact us to more information.

    • Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as customs processing, weather, or courier service disruptions.

    3. Shipping Costs

    • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

    • Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount, as stated in our current promotions.

    4. International Shipping

    • We ship worldwide. However, international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

    • Customs processing times may affect overall delivery times and are beyond our control.

    5. Order Tracking

    • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.

    • You can track your order via our website or the courier’s tracking portal.

    6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

    • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery period, please contact us at sales@edgecycling.ae for support.

    • EDGE Cycling is not liable for delays caused by weather, customs inspections, or courier issues.

    7. Returns & Exchanges

    • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a replacement or refund.
