Payment Terms
*During the Early Bird period, you may secure place by paying total amount upfront or non-refundable deposit of AED 1,000 per person
*The remaining balance will be paid before August 1, 2026
*Spots will only be confirmed once the full balance has been received
*Cut off registration on August 28, 2026

Cancellation policies:

• If paid in full and cancelled between 4 and 1 weeks before the trip, balance is returned excluding the deposit
• Customer cancellation 1 week before the trip will forfeit 100% of the total price
